王辉耀，博士，教授，博导，国务院参事，全球化智库（CCG）创始人兼理事长，商务部中国国际经济合作学会副会长，人社部中国人才研究会副会长，欧美同学会建言献策委员会主任，中国国际人才专业委员会会长，西南财经大学发展研究院院长，中国公共关系协会副会长，中国侨联特聘专家委员会副主任, 国务院侨办专家咨询委员会委员，北京市政协委员。目前还担任联合国国际移民组织（IOM）顾问，国际大都会（International Metropolis）国际执委会执委，国际猎头协会(AESC)顾问，耶鲁大学亚洲顾问委员会成员，加拿大毅伟（Ivey）商学院亚洲顾问委员会成员等。

历任中国经贸部国际经济合作司官员，国家中长期人才发展规划纲要2010-2020起草组专家，中组部国际人才竞争战略研究专题组组长。曾任欧美同学会商会，2005委员会和北京华商会的创始会长，全球最大工程和项目管理公司之一SNC-Lavalin公司董事总经理，魁北克驻香港和大中华区首席经济代表，美欧亚国际商务咨询公司董事长等职。

广东外语外贸大学本科毕业，在加拿大温莎大学，西安大略大学和英国曼切斯特大学攻读研究生，获得工商管理硕士（MBA）学位和国际管理博士（PhD) 学位，曾任哈佛大学肯尼迪学院高级研究员,布鲁金斯学会客座研究员, 加拿大亚太基金会高级研究员，德国IZA研究所政策研究员，北京大学和加拿大西安大略大学等多家大学客座教授等职务。

在全球化战略，全球治理，人才发展，企业国际化，国际关系和中国海归创新创业和智库等领域有丰富的研究，撰写和主编了中英文著作60余部，并连续多年主编由社科院社科文献出版社《国际人才蓝皮书》和《企业国际化蓝皮书》系列著作，出版《国家战略》、《国际人才竞争战略》、《全球化逆全球化》、《大国智库》《全球智库》等有影响著作。

Dr. Henry Huiyao Wang is the Founder and President of Center for China and Globalization (CCG) the leading Chinese non-governmental think tank that ranked 64th worldwide. In addition, he is the former Counselor to China State Council; Vice Chairman of China Association for International Economic Cooperation; Vice Chairman of China Public Relations Association; a Director of Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs and a Director of China National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation; the Dean of Institute of Development Studies of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics of China, and a member of Advisory Committee for Global Competence Development of Tsinghua University. Currently, he is a Steering Committee Member of Paris Peace Forum and also sits on the Advisory Board of Duke Kunshan University and Richard Ivey Business School.

Dr. Wang was once in charge of Chinese companies going global at the then Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, and then worked as Chief Trade Representative for the Quebec Government Office in Hong Kong and Greater China, Managing Director of Asia at SNC-Lavalin, and Vice President at AMEC-AGRA in Canada; He also had extensive experiences in international organizations, having served as Advisory Board Member of UN’s International Organization for Migration (IOM), and an advisory expert for the  World Bank and the  Alliance  of  Global Talent Organization (AGTO).

Dr. Wang pursued his PhD studies at University of Western Ontario and University of Manchester. He was a Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, a Visiting Fellow of Brookings Institute, and a Senior Fellow at the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada. As a thought leader on global relations, international business, global governance, talent migration, global investment and trade, Chinese Diasporas and Chinese think tanks etc., he has published nearly 100 works, including CCG Global Dialogues(2022), China and Globalization Series: The Ebb and Flow of Globalization: Chinese Perspectives on China’s Development and Role in the World; China and the World in a Changing Context – Perspectives from Ambassadors to China, Transition and Opportunity – Strategies from Business Leaders on Making the Most of China’s Future(Springer Nature, 2022), Consensus or Conflict: China and Globalization in the 21st Century (Springer Nature, 2021); The Globalization of Chinese Enterprises: Trends and Characteristics (Springer, 2020) etc.

Dr. Wang is a frequent speaker at international events such as the World Economic Forum, Munich Security Conference, Paris Peace Forum, WTO Public Forum, Munk Debate, Berlin Foreign Policy Forum, and Milken Global Forum. He is also a frequent contributing writer for the op-eds to South China Morning Post, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times and others.

陈德铭  CCG咨询委员会名誉主席，商务部原部长

Chen Deming, Former Minister of Commerce

陈德铭先生，1949 年3 月生于上海，毕业于南京大学，拥有经济学硕士学位和管理学博士学位。

2013-2018年，陈德铭曾任海峡两岸关系协会会长、中国人民政治协商会议常委会委员。2007-2013年，曾任商务部部长。

之前，他曾任国家发展和改革委员会副主任、党组副书记（正部长级）；曾在陕西省工作四年，先后任省委常委、常务副省长，省委副书记、省长；调任陕西之前，曾在江苏省任多个领导职务，包括省委常委，苏州市委书记、市长等；苏州工作期间，曾任中新苏州工业园区开发有限公司的董事长。

Dr Chen Deming was born in Shanghai in March 1949. He graduated from Nanjing University. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and a Doctor’s Degree in Management.

From 2013 to 2018, Dr Chen was President of the Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits and a member of the National Standing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He served as Minister of Commerce between 2007 and 2013.

Prior to his Commerce Minister role, he worked as the Minister- level Vice Chairman and Deputy CPC Party Secretary of the National Development and Reform Committee after 4 years of working in Shaanxi Province as Member of the provincial CPC Standing Committee, Executive Vice Governor, Deputy Party Secretary and Governor successively. Prior to that, he took various leadership positions in Jiangsu province including Member of the provincial CPC Standing Committee, Party Secretary and Mayor of Suzhou. He was also the Chairman of China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Company Ltd. as an additional post while working in Suzhou.

解振华，1949年11月生，天津市人。1977年毕业于清华大学工程物理系，1991年获武汉大学环境法硕士学位。1982年起从事环境保护工作，1993年以来先后担任国家环境保护局局长、国家环境保护总局局长、国家发展和改革委员会副主任（正部长级）。2015年3月任全国政协人资环委副主任，2015年4月任中国气候变化事务特别代表。2021年2月起任中国气候变化事务特使。中共十五届、十七届中央纪律检查委员会委员，中共十六届、十八届中央委员。

 

解振华先生长期负责中国的环境保护、资源节约、节能减排和应对气候变化事务，为促进中国的绿色低碳、可持续发展和生态文明建设，推动全球环境和气候治理作出了卓越贡献。2007年以来，他连续11年担任中国出席联合国气候变化大会的代表团团长，推动应对气候变化多边谈判取得一系列积极成果。他带领中国谈判团队不懈努力，与美国、欧盟、法国、印度、巴西、南非等缔约方开展对话与协作，为气候变化《巴黎协定》的达成、签署和生效发挥了突出的作用。他还推动中国与30多个国家、地区和国际组织在节能减排、绿色低碳等领域开展务实合作，为100多个发展中国家培训了千余名应对气候变化领域的官员和技术人员。

解振华先生2002年获得全球环境基金“全球环境领导奖”，2003年获联合国环境保护最高奖“联合国环境署笹川环境奖”及世界银行“绿色环境特别奖”，2009年获全球节能联盟“节能增效突出贡献奖”，2015年获世界自然基金“宜居星球领袖奖”,2017年获得“吕志和奖”。

Mr. Xie graduated from the Department of Engineering Physics of Tsinghua University in 1977 and obtained a Master’s Degree of Law in 1991. Mr. Xie served as a member of the 15th and 17th Central Disciplinary Commission of the Communist Party of China and member of the 16th and 18th Party Central Committee.

Mr. Xie started his work career in 1968, and joined the CPC in 1969. He began working in the field of environmental protection in 1982 and successively served as Division Director and Director General in the National Environmental Protection Agency (NEPA). He was appointed Vice Administrator of NEPA in May of 1990, and then Administrator in June of 1993. He was appointed Minister of the State Environmental Protection Administration (SEPA) and Secretary of the Party Group of SEPA in March of 1998, and concurrently was Vice Chairman of the National Committee on Hygiene and Health Promotion Campaign and Vice Chairman of China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development (CCICED).

Mr. Xie was awarded the “UNEP Sasakawa Environment Prize”, a top environmental protection prize of the United Nations, the “Global Environment Leadership Award” of GEF, the “Green Award” of the World Bank, and the “Energy Efficiency Outstanding Contribution” of Alliance to Save Energy. Since December 2006, Mr. Xie has served as Vice Chairman of National Development and Reform Commission of China (Minister Level)

Mr. Xie now is the China’s special representative on climate change and Deputy Director of Committee of Population, Resources and Environment of CPPCC.

Mr. Xie has also served as Secretary General of CCICED during Phase I, Vice Chairperson during Phase II, Executive Vice Chairperson during Phase III and Vice Chairperson during Phase IV and Phase V.

 

尼古拉斯·伯恩斯  美利坚合众国驻中华人民共和国大使

Nicholas Burns , Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China 

尼古拉斯·伯恩斯为美利坚合众国驻中华人民共和国大使。经拜登总统提名，2021年12月美国参议院通过确认。

作为大使，他将领导驻北京大使馆和驻上海、广州、武汉和沈阳美国领事馆内，来自美国47个政府部门和下属部门经验丰富、全心投入、多元的公职人员团队。他将负责监督使团与中华人民共和国就广泛议题所进行的互动，包括政治、安全、经济、商务、领事、以及诸多其他建立此至关重要关系的议题。

哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院（Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government）予以伯恩斯大使公职服务假，他至2021年为止，担任该学院Goodman家族外交实践和国际关系教授，并成立该学院的“外交的未来项目”（Future of Diplomacy Project）。

他的美国外交职业生涯漫长，历经6位总统和9位国务卿。最近的一次，担任约翰·克里（John Kerry）国务卿（2014-2017）外交政策咨询委员会成员（Foreign Policy Advisory Board）。

在国务院任职职业外交官时，时任分管政治事务的副国务卿（2005-2008），牵头多项谈判，包括美国-印度民用核能合作协议、与以色列的长期军事援助协议、伊朗核项目。

出任驻北大西洋公约组织（NATO）代表（2001-2005）时，他在布鲁塞尔率领美国关于9/11的努力，时值在NATO历史上，盟国首度援引第五条款。当北约接受7个东欧新成员时，他负责美国国务院-国防部联合代表团，并在伊拉克和阿富汗进行任务。

他曾任驻希腊大使（1997-2001），在那之前，担任国务院发言人（1995-1997）。

他曾任职白宫国家安全委员会，担任克林顿总统的特别助理，俄罗斯、乌克兰和欧亚事务高级主任，以及在苏联解体时，担任乔治·H·W·布什总统的苏联事务主任。

伯恩斯大使的外交官生涯始于中东。他曾派驻美国驻耶路撒冷总领馆（1985-1987），协调美国在西岸地区对巴勒斯坦的经济援助，在美国驻埃及开罗大使馆（1983-1985）任职过，并曾在美国驻毛里塔尼亚努瓦克肖特大使馆实习（1980）。

Nicholas Burns is Ambassador of the United States of America to the People’s Republic of China (PRC).  Nominated by President Biden, he was confirmed by the U.S. Senate in December 2021.

As Ambassador, he leads a team of experienced, dedicated, and diverse public servants from forty-seven U.S. government agencies and sub-agencies at the U.S. Mission in China, including at the Embassy in Beijing and at the American Consulates in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, and Shenyang.  He oversees the Mission’s interaction with the PRC on the full range of political, security, economic, commercial, consular, and many other issues that shape this critical relationship.

Ambassador Burns is on a public service leave from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government where he was Goodman Professor of the Practice of Diplomacy and International Relations until 2021 and founded the school’s Future of Diplomacy Project.

He has had a long career in American diplomacy serving six Presidents and nine Secretaries of State.  Most recently, he was a member of the Foreign Policy Advisory Board of Secretary of State John Kerry (2014-2017).

While serving at the Department of State as a career Foreign Service Officer, he was Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs (2005-2008) where he led numerous negotiations, including on the U.S.-India Civil Nuclear Deal, a long-term military assistance agreement with Israel, and on Iran’s nuclear program.

As Ambassador to NATO (2001-2005), he led U.S. efforts in Brussels on 9/11 when the Alliance invoked Article 5 of the NATO Treaty for the first time in its history.  He managed the combined State-Defense Department U.S. Mission when NATO accepted seven new members in Eastern Europe and embarked on missions in Iraq and Afghanistan.

He was Ambassador to Greece (1997-2001) and prior to that, served as State Department Spokesperson (1995-1997).

He worked on the National Security Council at the White House (1990-1995) where he was Special Assistant to President Clinton and Senior Director for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia Affairs and Director for Soviet Affairs for President George H.W. Bush during the collapse of the USSR.

Ambassador Burns began his Foreign Service career in the Middle East.  He worked at the American Consulate General in Jerusalem (1985-1987) where he coordinated U.S. economic assistance to Palestinians on the West Bank, at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, Egypt (1983-85) and, as an intern, at the U.S. Embassy in Nouakchott, Mauritania (1980).

He first visited China in 1988 accompanying Secretary of State George Shultz and then President George H.W. Bush in 1989.  He subsequently made visits to China with Secretaries Warren Christopher and Madeleine Albright as Spokesperson, including during the handover of Hong Kong from the United Kingdom to the PRC in 1997.

As Under Secretary of State, he worked with the PRC government on a diverse range of issues, including Afghanistan, North Korea, United Nations sanctions against Iran and U.S. policy in the Indo-Pacific.  As a private citizen, he also created and managed an Aspen Strategy Group policy dialogue with the PRC government’s Central Party School.

Burns co-authored in 2020 with Ambassadors Marc Grossman and Marcie Ries a major study on the future of American diplomacy.  They called for fundamental reforms to strengthen the Foreign and Civil Service and to renew our country’s commitment to diplomacy.

Ambassador Burns has received fifteen honorary degrees, the Presidential Distinguished Service Award and the Secretary of State’s Distinguished Service Award.  He is the recipient of many other awards, including from the governments of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Kosovo.

Burns is a graduate of Boston College (BA History 1978) and the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (MA International Relations 1980).

He is a proud New Englander and passionate supporter of the Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots, Bruins, and Revolution.

He is married to Elizabeth Baylies.  They have three daughters and two grandchildren.

Ambassador Jorge Toledo Albiñana is a career diplomat from Spain.

After taking his Degree in Law and entering the Diplomatic School in Spain, he joined the Spanish Foreign Service in 1989. Since then, except for three years in Senegal, where he was Ambassador of Spain from 2008 to 2011, his career has been devoted mostly to European Union Affairs. Among others, he was Spanish Secretary of State for the EU and European Affairs. In Asia, he has been posted to India and Japan before arriving to China in September 2022 as the Ambassador of the European Union.

Ambassador Toledo strongly believes in the European integration and that only together can EU Member States have a meaningful relation and dialogue with a strong world power as China.

2017年7月26日，联合国秘书长古特雷斯任命来自中国的刘振民先生为联合国副秘书长，主管经济与社会事务。刘振民副秘书长之前自2013年起担任中国外交部副部长。他曾担任众多重要外交职务，其中包括中华人民共和国常驻联合国日内瓦办事处和瑞士其他国际组织代表团特命全权大使、常驻代表。

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has appointed Mr. Liu Zhenmin of China as the Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs effective 26 July 2017. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Liu was Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of China since 2013.  Among his various diplomatic assignments, he served as Ambassador and Permanent Representative, Permanent Mission of the People’s Republic of China to the United Nations Office at Geneva and Other International Organizations in Switzerland (2011-2013). Mr. Liu brings to the position more than 30 years of experience in the diplomatic service, with a strong focus on the promotion of bilateral, regional and global issues.  He was deeply involved for 10 years in climate change negotiations including the conclusion of the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement.  He also widely participated in the international activities on the protection of our planet including Antarctica and the oceans.  Over the last several years, in various capacities, he has been consistently highlighting and advocating for sustainable development issues. Mr. Liu started his career at the Foreign Affairs Ministry in 1982.  Since then, he has served the Ministry in various capacities, including as Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs (2009-2011); Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative, Permanent Mission of the People’s Republic of China to the United Nations (2006-2009); Director-General, Department of Treaty and Law (2003-2006); and Deputy Director-General, Department of Treaty and Law (1998-2003).  He also served in the Permanent Mission of the People’s Republic of China to the United Nations Office at Geneva and Other International Organizations in Switzerland (1992-1995) and in the Permanent Mission of the People’s Republic of China to the United Nations (1984-1988). As Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs, Mr. Liu guides UN Secretariat support for the follow-up processes of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, including the High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development. He also oversees the substantive services to many intergovernmental processes, including the annual meetings of the Second and Third Committees of the General Assembly, the meetings of the Economic and Social Council, including its Development Cooperation Forum, and the work of the subsidiary bodies of ECOSOC. In addition to intergovernmental processes, Mr. Liu oversees DESA’s policy analysis and capacity development work. He also serves as the Convenor of the Executive Committee on Economic and Social Affairs, and advises the United Nations Secretary-General on all development-related issues, including climate change, internet governance, and financing for development. Mr. Liu holds a Master of Laws from the Law School of Peking University. He was born in August 1955 in Shanxi Province, China. Mr. Liu is married.

Siddharth Chatterjee, The UN Resident Coordinator in China

常启德于2021年1月16日就任联合国驻华协调员，并于2021年4月14日向中国国家主席递交委任书。驻华协调员是联合国发展系统在华的最高级别代表。

常启德先生在国际合作、可持续发展、人道主义协调以及和平与安全领域拥有超过25年的工作经验。在履新联合国驻华协调员之前，他是联合国驻肯尼亚协调员。此前，他还曾先后出任过多个联合国领导层职位，包括联合国开发署和人口基金驻肯尼亚代表、联合国项目事务署中东和欧洲区域代表，以及联合国伊拉克援助团办公室主任。他还曾在联合国儿童基金会印度尼西亚、索马里、南苏丹和苏丹办事处担任领导职务，并参与了联合国波斯尼亚和黑塞哥维那特派团的维和工作。常启德还曾在瑞士就职于红十字会与红新月会国际联合会，担任首席外联官和资源动员部门负责人。

Mr. Siddharth Chatterjee took office as the UN Resident Coordinator in China on 16 January 2021 and presented his letter of credentials to the President of the People’s Republic of China on 14 April 2021. The Resident Coordinator, is the highest-ranking representative of the UN Development System in China.

Mr. Chatterjee has more than 25 years of experience in international cooperation, sustainable development, humanitarian coordination and peace and security. Most recently, he served as the UN Resident Coordinator in Kenya after holding other leadership positions across the Organization, including as Resident Representative of the UNDP and Representative of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Kenya; Regional Director for the Middle East and Europe for the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) in Denmark; and Chief of Staff in the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI). He also held leadership positions with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Indonesia, Somalia, South Sudan, and Sudan, and in UN Peacekeeping Operations with the UN Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina (UNMIBH). Mr. Chatterjee has also served in the Red Cross Movement (IFRC) as the Chief Diplomat and Head of Resource Mobilization in Switzerland.

A 3 times TEDx speaker, he is a regular opinion contributor on humanitarian and development issues for a range of journals including Newsweek, Los Angeles Times, The Hill, Reuters, Huffington Post, Forbes, CNBC Africa, CNN, Al Jazeera, The Guardian, and a number of mainstream Chinese journals.

Mr. Chatterjee holds a master’s degree in public policy from Princeton University in the United States of America and a bachelor’s degree from the National Defence Academy in India.

In the past, she has served as Slovenian Ambassador to Israel, Head of Unit and later Acting Director-General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Assistance at the Foreign Ministry, Consul General in New York, Counsellor at the Embassy in London, Head of Department for International Cultural Relations and Head of the Public Relations Service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

哈麦迪阁下是阿拉伯联合酋长国（阿联酋）驻中华人民共和国第六任大使，于2023年5月就任。在担任这一外交职务之前，哈麦迪大使在阿联酋内阁担任部长近八年，从 2014 年 7 月至 2022 年 5 月担任阿联酋教育部长。

Prior to this diplomatic posting, His Excellency had been a Minister in the Cabinet of the UAE for nearly eight years, having served as UAE Minister of Education from July, 2014 until May, 2022.

His Excellency holds a series of high-level positions in the UAE. These include Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Institute of Applied Technology (IAT), Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Abu Dhabi Institute of Vocational Education and Training (ADVETI), Chairman of the Emirates Transport Board of Directors.

His Excellency previously was Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Khalifa University of Science, Technology and Research, Chairman of the Board of Directors at the National Qualifications Authority (NQA) from 2017 to 2021, General Supervisor of the “Mohamed bin Zayed (MBZ) Award for Best Teacher” from 2014 to 2022, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Distinguished Academic Performance from 2014 to 2022, Chairman of the Higher Committee of the Mohammed bin Rashid Smart Learning Programme from 2015 to 2022, and a Member of the Board of Directors for the Khalifa Award for Education from 2014 to 2022.

His Excellency Al Hammadi has a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry- Riddle Aeronautical University in the United States.

Throughout his career, he acquired expertise in diverse fields, particularly across academic administration and government service.

His initiatives have had great impact on achieving paramount advancements in education, technical and vocational training, coordinating the alignment between specialised education and the developmental needs and aspirations of the UAE, thereby laying the cornerstone for the empowerment of the Emirati workforce.

Wu Hongbo has been appointed China’s first Special Representative for European Affairs in November 2019. Mr. Wu Hongbo is a senior diplomat familiar with European affairs. He served as deputy director of the Western Europe Department of the Foreign Ministry from 1999 to 2000 and ambassador to the Philippines from 2004 to 2005. He was an assistant Foreign Minister in charge of European affairs, press and consular affairs from 2007 to 2009, and ambassador to Germany from 2009 to 2012. He served as United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs from 2012 to 2017.

Born in Germany in 1961. She obtained her Master/ Ph.D degree from University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and Master in Public Administration from Harvard University. She received an Honorary Doctorate degree from Hiroshima University in 2019. After working as a journalist, she began her diplomatic career at the German Federal Foreign Office in 1992. Her career includes postings at the German Permanent Mission to the UN, and as the German Ambassador to Georgia, Special Envoy for Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia, Director-General for the United Nations and Global Issues, Commissioner for Disarmament and Arms Control as well as EU Special Representative for Central Asia. From 2018 to 2022, she served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the European Union to Japan. Since 2022, Dr. Patricia Flor is now serving as the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Hannes Hanso, Ambassador of Estonia to China, Mongolia, Thailand, Vietnam

韩朔大使毕业于伦敦大学亚非学院，获得亚洲政治硕士学位。2005年至2007年，他在国防部国际合作司工作。2009年至2011年期间，Hanso在中国和蒙古的欧盟代表处工作。韩朔曾担任库雷萨雷市长和第13届议会议员，并担任议会外交和国防委员会主席。2015年至2016年，韩朔担任国防部长，2019年担任欧洲议会议员。自2022年9月开起他担任驻中国、蒙古、泰国越南大使。

Mr. Hannes Hanso has a Master degree of Asian Politics from School of Oriental and African Studies, London University.

From 2005 to 2007, he worked in the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Defence. Between 2009 and 2011, Hanso worked at the representation of the European Union in China and Mongolia. Hanso has been the mayor of Kuressaare and a member of the 13th Riigikogu and served as the Chairman of the Riigikogu’s Foreign Affairs and National Defence Committees. From 2015 to 2016, Hanso served as Defence Minister, and in 2019 he was a member of the European Parliament. He is now serving as Ambassador to China, Mongolia, Thailand, Vietnam starting from September 2022.

Leena-Kaisa Mikkola, Ambassador of Finland to China

共和国总统任命外交部参赞孟蓝女士自2021年9月1日起担任芬兰驻北京大使馆使团团长。米科拉将从外交部非洲和中东司搬到北京，她自2017年以来一直担任总干事。2016年至2017年，她担任高级顾问，负责监测叙利亚局势。 2011年至2016年，米科拉担任芬兰驻特拉维夫大使。她在外交部门的职业生涯包括在芬兰常驻欧盟驻布鲁塞尔代表处以及芬兰驻堪培拉、雅典和布达佩斯大使馆任职。米科拉于1992年加入外交部。她拥有法学硕士学位。

The President of the Republic appointed Counsellor for Foreign Affairs Leena-Kaisa Mikkola to serve as Head of Mission at Finland’s Embassy in Beijing, starting on 1 September 2021. Mikkola will move to Beijing from the Ministry’s Department for Africa and the Middle East, where she has worked as Director General since 2017. In 2016–2017, she served as Senior Adviser responsible for monitoring the situation in Syria.  In 2011–2016, Mikkola worked as Finland’s Ambassador in Tel Aviv. Her career in the Diplomatic Service includes posts in the Permanent Representation of Finland to the EU in Brussels and the Embassies of Finland in Canberra, Athens and Budapest. Mikkola joined the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in 1992. She holds a Master of Laws degree.

Thomas Østrup Møller, Ambassador of Denmark to China

Ambassador Thomas Østrup Møller was nominated as Ambassador of Denmark to China in September 2020. He is also Denmark’s Ambassador to Mongolia.

From 2017 to 2020, he worked as Commissioner for Corporate Management of the Danish National Police – the highest authority within Danish Police. From 2015 to 2016, he worked as Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Danish Ministry of Justice.Thomas Østrup Møller has served the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Ambassador to Poland (2010-2012) and as Under-Secretary for Resources and Operations (2012-2015). Earlier postings included: Economic Counsellor at the Royal Danish Embassy in Berlin, Germany, First Secretary at the Royal Danish Embassy in Cairo, Egypt, and Head of Section for NATO Affairs.

He has a degree as M.Sc. in Economics from University of Copenhagen, and has also studied at prestigious educational institutions such as John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Thomas Østrup Møller is Knight 1st Class of the Order of the Dannebrog (Denmark).

孙永福，CCG特邀高级研究员，前商务部欧洲司司长，北京大学环境科学博士 ,美国哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院MPA。孙永福先生自1983年起从事联合国发展业务系统和有关国际组织 对华经济技术合作事务20 年。孙先生从项目官员做起, 最后升任中国国 际经济技术交流中心主任( 联合国系统对华援助管理对口部门), 在项目立项、执行、评审等各方面具有丰富的经验。他多次参与或带领中国 代表团出席联合国经社理事会、UNDP常会及年会、UNIDO 理事会与大会等国际会议。2003年起, 孙先生被任命为商务部欧洲司司长, 管理的团队为56人, 主管中国与欧洲及欧亚地区双边和区域经贸合作政策。作为中国政 府代表团成员, 他多次陪同中国国家主席、总理访问欧亚各国, 参加中欧(盟)领导人会晤, 中俄元首、总理会晤, 上合组织元首、总理会晤等重大外交活动, 直接负责或密切参与中国对欧亚国家(53 个国家) 经贸若干重大谈判( 如中欧投资协定谈判等)。

Mr. Sun Yongfu has a Ph.D. degree in Environmental Science from Peking University and a Master of Public Administration degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Since the year 1983, Mr. Sun has been engaged in activities of the United Nations Development System and other China-related economic and technical cooperation activities with relevant international organizations. Starting from the position of a project officer, he moved up to the position of Director General of the China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges (CICETE), which is the Chinese counterpart agency for the management of the UN Development System’s assistance to China. Mr. Sun has rich experience in project establishment, formulation, implementation and evaluation. Under his leadership, the CICETE has implemented various environmental protection and poverty alleviation projects. He has

participated in or led the Chinese delegation to attend international conferences for many times such as the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), the regular and annual meetings of the UNDP, and the UNIDO Industrial Development Board (IDB) executive board meetings and general conferences.

Since 2003, Mr. Sun has been appointed as the Director of the European Affairs of the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) to oversee China’s bilateral and regional economic and trade cooperation policies with Europe and Eurasian. As a member of the Chinese government delegation, he accompanied the Chinese President and Premier on many occasions to visit European and Eurasian countries to attend major diplomatic events such as the China-EU Summit, the China-Russia Summit, the China-Russia Premier-level Meeting, and the Summit of China-SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization). He is directly responsible for or closely involved in several major economic and trade negotiations between China and 53 European and Eurasian countries, (such as the China-EU Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT).

In 2015, Mr. Sun Yongfu stepped down as the Director of the European Department of the Ministry of Commerce and joined Taihe Institute as a senior researcher while representing the Taihe Institute in extensive research and international and domestic exchanges.

利肯大使自2021年8月1日起就任澳大利亚共和国驻中华人民共和国和蒙古国特命全权大使。利肯大使毕业于奥地利格拉茨大学，获法学博士学位。他自1994年开始为奥地利外交部工作。他曾担任欧洲和经济事务总司长、欧盟和多边事务总司长、国际组织司司长、奥地利常驻联合国（纽约）代表团副代表、奥地利驻美国大使馆副馆长等职。

Ambassador Riecken is now serving as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Australia to the People’s Republic of China and Mongolia since 1 August 2021. Ambassador Riecken graduated from the University of Graz, with a doctorate in law. He has worked for the Austrian Foreign Office since 1994. He has served as Directorate-General for European and Economic Affairs, Directorate-General for EU and Multilateral Affairs, Director for International Organizations, Deputy Representative of the Permanent Mission of Austria to the United Nations (New York), Deputy Head of the Austrian Embassy in the United States, etc.

Steven Alan Barnett, Senior Resident Representative in China, International Monetary Fund

Mr. Barnett is a Division Chief in the Asia and Pacific Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). He has spent the better part of the last 10 years covering Asia, including serving as Assistant Director at the IMF Office for Asia and the Pacific in Tokyo, Resident Representative to China, and Resident Representative to Thailand. Prior to joining the IMF in 1997, he earned is PhD in economics from the University of Maryland. He has a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University as well as a Master’s degree in Russian and East European Studies, also from Stanford.

Jürg Burri was born in 1965 in Thun, Switzerland. After graduating from the University of Berne with a licentiate in Contemporary History and Political Sciences, he briefly worked as journalist before joining the Swiss Foreign Service in 1996. He completed his diplomatic training with positions in the United Nations Section at the headquarters in Berne and with the Swiss Mission to the United Nations in New York. From 1998 to 2002, he was posted in the United Nations Section in Berne, working on preparations for Switzerland’s accession to the United Nations. Subsequently, he was appointed as Science, Education and Space Counselor to the Mission of Switzerland to the European Union in Brussels, Belgium, until 2006.

From the same year until 2009, he served as the Minister/Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Switzerland in Beijing. Upon his return to Berne in 2009, he was appointed Deputy Director of the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation with the Federal Department of Home Affairs. From 2013 to 2014, he was the Head of the Research and Innovation Directorate for the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation in the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research. From 2014 to 2018, he was the Director General of the Consular Directorate of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs in Berne. In 2018, he was appointed as Ambassador of Switzerland in Poland with residence in Warsaw, where he served until 2022. Since September 2022, Jürg Burri is the Ambassador of Switzerland to the People’s Republic of China, Mongolia and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, with residence in Beijing.

曹远征  中国银行首席经济学家

Cao Yuanzheng, Chief Economist, Bank of China

曹远征，经济学博士，国家特殊津贴获得者。中国银行首席经济学家，国务院新闻办《中国网》专栏作家、专家，中国宏观经济学会副秘书长，著名经济学家论坛“中国经济50人论坛”成员，中国民生研究院特约研究员。

1986年—1987年，担任国家体改委中国经济体制改革研究所科研处处长，比较经济体制研究室副主任；1988年—1989年，担任国家体改委国外经济体制司比较经济体制处处长；1992年—1998年，担任国家体改委经济体制改革研究院第一副院长；随后先后担任中银国际控股有限公司董事兼首席经济学家、中国银行首席经济学家。

此外，曹远征还曾任世界银行、亚洲开发银行、联合国开发计划署经济专家，自1990年以来，担任多个经济转型国家的经济顾问；同时也是中国人民大学经济学院教授、博士生导师，美国南加洲大学客座教授，上海交通大学兼职教授，北京大学经济研究中心研究员。

Cao Yuanzheng, Ph.D. in Economics, a recipient of special state allowances. Chief Economist of Bank of China, columnist and expert of China Net of the State Council Information Office, Deputy Secretary-General of China Macroeconomic Society, member of the famous economist forum “China Economic 50 Forum”, and special researcher of China Min Sheng Research Institute.

From 1986 to 1987, he served as the director of the scientific research department and the deputy director of the comparative economic system research office of the China Institute of Economic System Reform of the National System Reform Commission. From 1988 to 1989, he served as the Director of the Comparative Economic System Division of the Foreign Economic System Department of the National Structural Reform Commission; From 1992 to 1998, he served as the first vice president of the Economic System Reform Research Institute of the National Structural Reform Commission; Subsequently, he served as Director and Chief Economist of BOCI Holdings Limited and Chief Economist of Bank of China.

In addition, Cao has served as an economic expert at the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and the United Nations Development Programme. Since 1990, has served as an economic consultant to several countries with economies in transition. He is also a professor and doctoral supervisor of Economics Renmin University of China, a visiting professor at the University of Southern California, an adjunct professor at Shanghai Jiaotong University, and a researcher at the Economic Research Center of Peking University.

Before joining the OECD Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs, Mr. Dahou held several positions in international trade and investment. He has previously worked as a Senior Advisor to the Africa Partnership Forum. Mr. Dahou has also served as the Chief of Staff to the Executive Secretary and Special Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Enda International. He was also a founding member and lead manager of the policy think-tank Diapol (Policy Dialogue and Perspectives). He is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) and holds a Masters degree in law from La Sorbonne University.”

马晓萍是汇丰银行（中国）总行北京办公室总监、汇丰亚太区主席经济政策咨询委员会成员。此前为汇丰的中国区经济学家。2005年加盟汇丰银行中国经济预测及投资战略团队，所在亚洲经济研究团队在《亚洲货币》组织的投资机构调查评比中2017年排名亚洲区经济研究第一名，之前两年排名第二。加入汇丰之前，晓萍曾在北京大学下属的一家权威经济研究学术机构供职。撰写内部定期研究分析报告之余，在国内发表大量经济评论及分析文章。晓萍还定期参加相关政府部门的咨询座谈研讨，并参与重要课题研究。毕业于北京大学

Ma Xiaoping joined HSBC as a China Economist in 2005. Prior to joining the HSBC Global Research China economics team, Xiaoping served as a research fellow in an academic institute affiliated to the Peking University. Xiaoping has been closely following China’s economic development and reform and publishing research reports on Chinese economy and policies. She also regularly participates in the consulting roundtable discussions held by key government departments and undertakes joint research projects with these departments.

Beate Trankmann, UNDP Resident Representative for China

白雅婷于2019年10月就任联合国开发计划署驻华代表。

Beate Trankmann took up her post as UNDP Resident Representative for China in October 2019.

Ms. Trankmann has had a diverse career with UNDP since the late 1990s, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. Most recently she served as United Nations Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative for Mongolia from August 2015 to September 2019. She also served as the UNDP Country Director in Indonesia (2010-2015); Deputy Resident Representative in charge of Programme in Sri Lanka (2005-2010); Assistant Resident Representative responsible for democratic governance in Cambodia (2002-2005); and programme officer in China (1999-2002) and Geneva (1998-99). Prior to joining UNDP, Ms. Trankmann was a research fellow at the European Institute for Asian Studies in Brussels, advising European Union institutions on EU-Asia relations.

Educated in France, China (Taiwan) and Germany, she holds a master’s degree in political science and a bachelor’s degree in China studies, both University of Hamburg.

Elitza joined the World Bank in 2013, taking on a new professional challenge as a macroeconomist at the Jakarta office. In addition to economic monitoring, forecasting and policy analysis, she has led the macro work streams of a capacity-building program at the Ministry of Finance of Indonesia. Prior to joining the World Bank, Elitza was an economist at the European Central Bank. At the height of the global financial crisis, she found herself working on non-standard measures to inject liquidity at the ECB’s market operations department. Later, she moved on to the emerging market research desk. She has a Doctorate degree in economics and a Masters in international political economy and development, both from Fordham University in New York.

Graham Fletcher has been Australia’s Ambassador to China since August 2019. Prior to this appointment, Mr Fletcher was head of the North Asia Division in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) during 2008-10 and again from 2015.   During 2014, he led the team that completed negotiation of the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement.   Mr Fletcher has served in the Australian Embassy to China on three previous occasions:  as Third Secretary (1986-88), Counsellor (1997-2000) and Deputy Head of Mission (2004-08).   He was also Deputy Head of Mission in the Australian Embassy in Washington (2011-13) and Deputy Consul-General in the Australian Consulate-General in Noumea (1992-94) Mr Fletcher has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Sydney.  He joined the then Department of Foreign Affairs in 1983.  He is married with three children.

昊使博大使自2023年起担任驻中华人民共和国大使。他1986年毕业于阿姆斯特丹自由大学，获得政治学学位，主修国际关系。1987年加入外交部并接受外交服务培训课程。他曾担任政治事务总干事、国际合作副总干事、外交部欧洲一体化司对外事务处处长、驻南非比勒陀利亚大使馆政治事务处处长。在担任驻华大使前，他担任过荷兰驻越南河内、驻南非比勒陀利亚、驻美利坚合众国华盛顿大使。

André HASPELS is serving as Ambassador to People’s Republic of China since 2023. He graduated from VU University Amsterdam with a degree in Political Science, specialising in International Relations, in1986. He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1987 and followed its diplomatic service training programme. André HASPELS has served as Director-General for Political Affairs (DGPZ); Deputy Director-General for International Cooperation (Plv-DGIS); Head of the External Affairs Division of the European Integration Department (DIE), Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Head of the Political Affairs Section at the embassy in Pretoria, South Africa. Prior to his appointment as Ambassador to China, he has served as Ambassador to Vietnam, Ambassador to South Africa, Ambassador to United States of America.

Jens Eskelund was born in Aarhus, Denmark and holds an MA in philosophy.

Coming to Beijing as a student in 1998, Jens Eskelund has since worked as Commercial Officer at the Danish Embassy to China before taking on a position as Marketing Manager for Maersk Line in Beijing in 2000. He has since held positions as General Manager for Public Affairs for Maersk Line in China and later Director of Public Affairs for North Asia before assuming the current position as Managing Director of Maersk China Ltd.

Jens Eskelund is Chairman of the Danish Chamber of Commerce in China.

Lawrence Jin is Deloitte Global Chinese Services Group Leader.Lawrence started his career in Deloitte London office and became a partner with Deloitte China in 2005. He has more than 26 years of service experience in DDT, UK and China.

He was on secondment in the UK leading UK Chinese Services Group in 2008-2010. In that capacity, he advised Chinese companies entering European markets as well as European companies operating in China in a wide range of areas including strategy, M&A, tax and regulatory compliance and audit.

Lawrence Jin was assumed the responsibility as Leader of Global Chinese Services Group from 1 June 2021, coordinating Deloitte resources across more than 150 countries and regions and assisting the Chinese enterprises’ globalization.

Roberta Lipson is the founder of United Family Healthcare (UFH) and the V. Chair of New Frontier Health. She has over 40 years of experience as a pioneer in the healthcare industry in China. She originally co-founded United Family Healthcare’s predecessor company Chindex in 1981, expanding the business from China’s top medical equipment distribution company into China’s first and largest foreign-invested healthcare system. After over two decades, UFH’s healthcare platform inludes 11 hospitals and almost 20 clinics in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Qingdao, Hainan and Shenzhen, as well as an internet hospital serving patients nationally. 李晔  默克投资（中国）有限公司副总裁、政府关系与企业事务负责人

Li Ye, Vice President, Head of Corporate Affairs and Government Relations, Merck Holding (China) Ltd.

作为默克全球三大区域企业事务中心（德国、美国、中国）的负责人之一，李晔女士自2018年1月起负责领导默克公司在华三大业务领域（医药健康、生命科学、高性能材料）在政府关系和企业事务方面的工作，是默克全球企业事务管理团队成员和默克中国管理委员会成员。

李晔女士在跨国公司企业与政府事务领域有着20多年的管理经验。她2013年8月加入默克生物制药，负责领导政府事务和市场准入工作。在此之前，李晔女士先后服务于德国赫斯特公司、葛兰素史克、拜耳、阿斯利康等全球领先企业，担任政府事务、市场准入和战略发展等岗位的领导职务。其中，李晔女士自2008年起赴新加坡担任拜耳东南亚地区区域市场准入负责人。并于之后加入新加坡阿斯利康亚太分公司，历任区域物价总监和全球肿瘤产品物价与市场准入总监。

Ms. Li Ye is leading the Merck China Corporate Affairs hub in support to all the three business sectors (healthcare, life science & performance materials) of Merck in China since January 2018. The China hub is among the 3 regional corporate affairs hubs (Europe, the United States and China) of Merck KGaA global wide. She is the member of the leadership team of Merck global corporate affairs and sits in the Country Council of Merck in China.

Ms. Li Ye is a veteran in corporate affairs and government relations for international companies with her 20+ years’ working experience. She joined Merck healthcare in Aug. 2013 responsible for the government relations and market access. Prior to that, she had been taking the management roles on government affairs, market access and strategic development in top international companies including Hoechst, GlaxoSmithKline, Bayer and AstraZeneca, etc. She went to Singapore as the Regional Market Access Lead in Bayer South East Asia in 2008. Later she became Regional Payer Capabilities Director and Global Pricing and Market Access Director for Oncology at AstraZeneca’s Asia Pacific Office until she returned to China.

Li Ye graduated from University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, then she went to the Great Britain for further study. She obtained a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Westminster, London. She also holds a Diploma of Economic Evaluation and Assessment in Health from the University of York, UK. In 2016, Li Ye completed her Executive MBA study in Peking University National Development School in Beijing. She is now studying for a doctorate on financial management run by the National Development School of Peking University and Fordham University in the United States.

As an opinion leader in the industry, Li Ye also holds the positions including: Vice Chair of the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (CAEFI); Vice Chair of the China Pharmaceutical Industry Association (CPIA) ; National Chair of R&D Working Group, European Chamber of Commerce in China (EUCCC).

Ningke Peng joined SNAM in 2019. He is Board Member and Senior Vice President of SNAM China. SNAM, a leading and the largest gas infrastructure investor and operator in Europe, now pursues bio-energy and hydrogen for sustainability along with gas infrastructures.

Prior to SNAM, Ningke served The Dow Chemical Company in various leadership roles including Director of International Government Affairs, Director of Public Affairs of Asia Pacific and, Vice President of Great China.

During his Dow tenure, Ningke also served the Board of Governors of American Chamber of Commerce in China as Vice Chairman; Founding Director and Co-chair of the Executive Board of China-US Energy Cooperation Program; Council Member of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.

Before Dow Chemical, Ningke served BP where he took various roles of technical, commercial and leadership in Beijing, Shenzhen, London and Houston.

Nngke is author of several articles on Sino-US relationship and energy in leading Chinese financial magazine Cai Jing.

Ningke has a BSc degree of Geophysics from Peking University, China. He also has a post-graduate certificate of management from the Western Management Institute of Beijing / Staffordshire University (UK).

她先后在国家部委、民营企业和跨国企业中任职，积累了丰富的管理经验。在诺维信工作的八年中，她先后负责农业、食品和能源等领域的政策分析和推进工作，领导跨部门合作项目，成功推动了相关行业政策和法规的完善，展示了生物创新的应用潜力以及在绿色转型中的巨大作用。在加入诺维信之前，她曾担任物美集团投资者关系负责人，她还在在国家部委国际司工作十年，负责健康领域的双边和多边合作项目，参与多个政府间双边对话机制和WHO、WTO等国际组织的政府间磋商。

Wang Cong is the VP of public affairs and communications for Novozymes APAC. She is responsible for collaborating with government departments, chambers of commerce, associations, media and other regional partners to promote biotech solutions and sustainable development across industries.

She has served in the central government, local enterprises and multinational enterprises, accumulating rich management experience. During her eight years at Novozymes, she has been responsible for policy analysis and promotion in the fields of agriculture, food and energy, leading cross-sector collaborative projects to overcome market access challenges and working together with industry to improve relevant industry policies and regulations.  Prior to joining Novozymes, she was senior manager of investor relations at Wumei group. She also had ten-year experience in the international department of the National Health Commission, where she was responsible for bilateral and multilateral cooperation projects in the field of population and health.

王梦妍女士现担任ETS大中华区总裁，全面负责ETS在大中华区市场的战略规划及业务运营工作。

王梦妍女士于2018年加入ETS中国，负责与中国相关合作伙伴建立战略合作关系，创建本地化解决方案，为托福家族系列测评、GRE考试、托业考试和其他ETS产品制定并实施中国战略。在她的领导下，ETS积极推进本地化发展进程，与中国政府机构、行业协会、高等院校、国际学校和教育培训机构开展了广泛交流与合作，为促进国际教育高质量发展和国际化人才培养做出了突出贡献。

Miranda Wang is the Managing Director of ETS China and assumes overall responsibility for ETS’s strategy planning and business operations in China.

Ms. Wang joined ETS China in 2018 and she has been responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with relevant Chinese partners, creating localized solutions, formulating and implementing China strategies for the TOEFL assessments, GRE, TOEIC and other ETS products. Under her leadership, ETS has actively promoted its localization process, and carried out extensive exchange and cooperation with Chinese government agencies, industry associations, colleges and universities, international schools and education and training institutions. ETS has thus made outstanding contributions to promoting the high-quality development of international education and cultivating international talents.

Prior to joining ETS, Ms. Wang has worked for New Oriental Education Technology Group and has accumulated rich experience in the product development of English teaching products, the promotion of the test business, and teacher management training. Ms. Wang has been committed to promoting the development of international education and the employment of overseas returnees for many years. She is currently the Senior Council Member of the Center for China and Globalization and a senior consultant of the Beijing Oxbridge Alumni Association. In 2021, she received the “50 Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents of Chinese Overseas Students” award.

Ms. Wang holds a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai International Studies University and a master’s degree from University of Cambridge.

郑亚莉，中国汽车工程学会战略规划部部长， 2013年7月加入中国汽车工程学会，主要从事汽车产业技术和政策研究工作。主导和参与和主持了多项国家和国际合作课题研究，包括新能源汽车产业发展规划（2021-2035）、国家交通科技中长期发展规划、节能与新能源汽车技术路线图研究、中国电动汽车和可再生能源融合应用综合示范、氢能和燃料电池汽车技术政策研究、汽车产业碳中和路线图研究等。

Yali Zheng received the M.S degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. She works for China Society of Automotive Engineers (China SAE) since July 2013 during which she has served as visiting scholar in Argonne National Laboratory from October 2016 to April 2017. She is now the Director of Industry Research & Strategy Department of China SAE. At SAE-China, her research focuses on the advanced vehicle technology, market and policy research, such as technology roadmap of energy-saving and new energy vehicle, the integration of electric vehicle and renewable energy, hydrogen and fuel cell development policy, carbon neutral roadmap for automotive industry, and so on.

贺迪是印度尼西亚职业外交官，他于2002年加入印度尼西亚共和国外交部。贺迪在印度尼西亚教育大学获得学士学位，并在日本北海道大学获得硕士学位。贺迪拥有丰富的外交工作经验，特别是在处理印尼与东亚地区、太平洋和大洋洲国家以及中亚地区国家的双边关系方面。他在处理礼宾和领事事务方面也拥有丰富的经验，担任外交设施副主任直至 2023 年 4 月。

除了国内任务外，贺迪还曾在多个印度尼西亚驻外使团任职。他曾在印度尼西亚驻马尼拉、东京和北京大使馆工作。

贺迪现担任北京中国-东盟中心（ACC）教育、文化和旅游部主任，致力于创造东盟与中国更美好的双边关系。

Hadi Tjahjono (Hadi) is an Indonesian career Diplomat. He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in 2002. Hadi completed his undergraduate studies at the Indonesian University of Education, and obtained his master’s degree from Hokkaido University, Japan.

Hadi has accumulated rich work experience related to foreign affairs, especially in handling bilateral relations between Indonesia and countries in the East Asia region, Pacific and Oceania as well as countries in the Central Asia region. He also has extensive experience in dealing with protocol and consular affairs, where he served as a Deputy Director of Diplomatic Facilities until April 2023. Apart from domestic assignments, Hadi has served in several Indonesian missions abroad. He worked for the Indonesian Embassies in Manila, Tokyo and Beijing.

Currently, Hadi serves as the Director of Education, Culture and Tourism Division at the ASEAN-China Center (ACC), Beijing. Now, he is committed to working for a better future of the relations between ASEAN and China.

Harvey Dzodin, Former Vice President of ABC Television in New York

佐丁博士是全球化智库（CCG）高级研究员、清华大学国家形象传播研究中心高级顾问、以及维也纳阿玛迪斯国际学校的高级国际顾问。哈维·佐丁博士现为驻北京和维也纳的自由专栏作家，以及《中国日报》、中国全球电视网、中国国际广播电台和其他全球媒体的评论员。佐丁博士被美国第39任总统吉米·卡特任命为总统委员会的律师，也曾在联合国维也纳办事处工作。他还曾担任美国广播公司（美国ABC电视台）的总监和副总裁20多年，在此期间，他积极参与美国外交协会和卡内基伦理与国际事务委员会的活动。

Dr. Dzodin is a Senior Fellow of the Center for China & Globalization, as well as a Senior Consultant of the National Image Communication Research Center of Tsinghua University. He is also the Senior International Advisor of the Amadeus International School Vienna.Dr. Harvey Dzodin is a Beijing and Vienna based freelance columnist and commentator for China Daily, China Global TV Network, China Radio International and other global media.

Dr. Dzodin was appointed by the 39th US President Jimmy Carter as his lawyer on a presidential committee. After being nominated by the White House and the U.S. Department of State, he worked at the United Nations Office in Vienna. He also served as a director and vice president of the ABC TV Network in New York for more than 20 years during which time he avidly participated in the activities of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Carnegie Council on Ethics and International Affairs.

He has published over 300 columns, focusing on international affairs, Sino-US relations, the Belt and Road Initiative, and arts and culture. He’s a sought after speaker and consultant in China and abroad.

The American Biography Institute (ABI) recently named Dr. Dzodin one of the “Great Thinkers of the 21st Century.”

Professor Lin Hongyu, Vice President of Huaqiao University (and Dean of College of International Relations，HQU), Distinguished Professor of Political Science and International Relations, PhD supervisor. He is a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, a standing councilor of China National Association of International Studies(CNAIS), a vice president of the China Overseas Chinese Historical Society, and a special expert of the national high-end think tank. He holds two Ph.D. degrees (Ph.D. in International Politics from Peking University and Ph.D. in International Relations from the China Institute of Contemporary International Relations). He has long been engaged in the research of relations between major countries and diplomacy, international security, and international political and economic relations.

Pang Xinxing, Chairman of StarTimes Group

1958年出生, 1982年毕业于东北大学电子专业；2002-2004年清华大学首届EMBA学员;高级工程师、正高级经济师。1988年创立四达时代，现任四达时代集团董事长。

2016年10月，被聘请为中国与葡语国家企业家联合会中国委员会副主席；2019年当选中非友协副会长； 2020年当选中非民间商会副会长；2022年当选中国欧盟协会副会长。此外还担任清华大学研究生海外实践指导老师、中国传媒大学文化产业管理学院客座教授。

Pang Xinxing was born in 1958 and graduated from electronics major of Northeastern University in 1982. Then he graduated from the first EMBA class of Tsinghua University from 2002 to 2004 and got the certificate of senior engineer and senior economist. Pang founded StarTimes in 1988 and currently work as the chairman of StarTimes Group.

Led by Pang, StarTimes Group started collaboration with African countries to jointly advance the cause of social digitization and informationization in 2002. It has registered subsidiaries in more than 30 countries, namely Tanzania, Rwanda, Kenya, Nigeria, Kenya, Mozambique, Uganda, Cameroon, DRC, South Africa and so on to carry out digital TV operation, and developed of tens of millions of subscribers. As the fastest growing digital TV operators with the most influence in the African continent, StarTimes has created more than 5000 direct jobs, enriched and changed African people’s spiritual and material life, and set up a bridge of cultural communication and economic exchange between China and Africa.

潘小多，女，1978年出生，浙江瑞安人，博士，中国科学院青藏高原研究所特聘骨干研究员，博士生导师，大湾区科学论坛总工，联合国教科文组织国际水文计划干旱区水与发展信息全球网络（UNESCO G-WADI）亚洲秘书处干事（2007-2017）。主要研究方向为：区域气候变化，数据同化，数据集成，大数据分析。研究成果主要发表在Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society、Journal of Geophysical Research等国际主流刊物，已发表100多篇。

Pan Xiaoduo, female, born in 1978, from Ruian, Zhejiang Province, PhD, Professor. She is also chief engineer of the Greater Bay Area Science Forum, a staff member at the UNESCO’s International Hydrological Programme’s Water and Development Information for Arid Lands—A Global Network (G-WADI) Asia Secretariat from 2007 to 2017. Her primary research interests encompass regional climate change, data assimilation, data integration, and big data analysis. With over 100 publications to her name, her scholarly contributions have appeared in premier international journals such as the Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society and the Journal of Geophysical Research.

Mr. Tang has engaged in International trade for 32 years, highly experienced in brand building and marketing in the international market. He has developed unique perspectives and insights on the “Go Global” strategy over the course of his career.

Mr. Tang is not only an expert in international trade but also domestic business as well as proficient with strategy design and planning. His advice in 2012, “Recommendations on the strategic development of central and state-owned enterprises” received attention from relevant departments. In 2013, he proposed to build the overseas industrial park into an “Economic Community” and advocated the “Exporting of China’s industrial system” which was deemed forward-looking from an international perspective. Mr. Tang has advised in recent years the “Building of niche overseas industrial parks ” and “Elimination of compulsory administrative area labeling during corporate registrations”. These recommendations have boosted the decision-making process of relevant government departments.

张久安  当代中国与世界研究院科研管理与国际合作部主任

张久安是当代中国与世界研究院科研管理与国际合作部主任、副研究员，博士。张久安2014年在丹麦奥尔堡大学（Aalborg University）获得发展与国际关系专业博士学位，在国际关系与国际传播领域有着十余年的研究经历。近年来，执笔撰写的多篇关于“一带一路”与国际舆论研究方面的智库报告，有一定的政策影响。

Zhang Jiu‘an is Director of Scientific Research Management and International Cooperation Department and Associate Research Fellow of the Academy of Contemporary China and World Studies (ACCWS). Zhang Jiu’an received his Ph.D. in Development and International Relations from Aalborg University in Denmark, 2014. He has more than ten years of research experience in the field of international relations and international communication. In recent years, he has written a number of think tank reports on the “Belt and Road” and international public opinion research, which have certain policy influences.
